Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the Sculpted Flow web app collects and how we use it. The controller is Ivan Pidhrebelnyi, sole proprietor, Ukraine (contact: support@sculptedflow.store). For purchases on sculptedflow.store, see the store privacy policy.

What we collect

Account: email address, first name and display name.
Profile you enter: fitness level, sex, age, height, weight, goal, physical limitations and reminder time. We use these to choose workout lengths and build your meal plan.
Activity: workouts started and completed, points, medals and the leaderboard name.
Meal photos: photos you upload to earn points, and a fingerprint of each photo so the same photo is not counted twice.
Subscription: plan and access dates. Card details are handled by Paddle and never reach us.

How we use it

To run the app and your account, deliver the content you have access to, show your progress, send sign-in emails, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Paddle.com: payments, tax and invoices, as Merchant of Record.
Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
Vercel: hosting of the app.
Resend: sending sign-in emails.

These providers may store data outside your country, under standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, activity and photos within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records held by Paddle).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@sculptedflow.store. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The app is not intended for anyone under 16 and subscriptions are for adults 18 and over.
