These terms govern your use of the Sculpted Flow web app at app.sculptedflow.store and the Start subscription. Sculpted Flow is operated by Ivan Pidhrebelnyi, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a subscription you agree to these terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.
Sculpted Flow gives you access to pilates workout videos, a 30-day challenge, a meal plan and progress tracking in your browser. Basic access is included with the Pilates Bar Kit sold at sculptedflow.store. The Start plan adds the content listed on our pricing page. We may update, add or replace content to improve the service.
Start costs $19.99 per month plus any applicable tax and renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email or by writing to support@sculptedflow.store. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period and you will not be charged again. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
You need an email address to sign in. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One subscription is for one person. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription.
The workouts and meal plan are general fitness information, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a health condition. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
All videos, text and images in the app belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal workouts only. Do not copy, share, resell or record the content, share your account, or try to break or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
We work to keep the app available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your subscription, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
